Whether you are seeking physical, mental, emotional or spiritual healing, energy healing provides the safe space to quiet your mind, soothe your Soul and expand your heart. Your session will be a blend of techniques that work with your currently energy to align you to your greatest potential. Protocols that maybe used are Healing Touch, Reiki, Quantum Energy or Craniosacral Therapy, may also incorporating breathe work, sound and essential oils

Craniosacral Therapy relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum, and spinal column, a noninvasive therapy using gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. It’s also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.
I provide a noninvasive safe space that produces a deep relaxed state and enhances the quality of life. This allows
the grace and ease of the Universe to support you, and healing to transform you from the inside out allowing
you to live your best life.
Healing Touch and Intuitive body work sessions can be done in-person, or remote via email/phone.
